Study Abroad Data

Study Abroad is an increasingly popular option for Duke undergraduate students who want to expand their educational horizons

In the past five years the most popular destinations for Study Abroad have been the UK, Australia, Italy, France, Spain and Greece. Any student who is not a college athlete and has a GPA over 2.7 is eligible for study abroad either during the academic year or the summer semester. Of those eligible approximately 50% participate in the program during their time at Duke. A greater number of these students is from Arts and Sciences than from Engineering. A detailed statistical breakdown of who is studying abroad and where can be seen below:
