International Careers and Internships
Each year, the interest in international post-graduation and summer work opportunities has grown among Duke students. There are many resources to aide in the process of searching for an international job or internship for Duke students. These include:
The Career Center at Duke works with undergraduate students to help them to identify career options based on their interests. The counselor dedicated to international students and opportunities is Holly Duke (holly.duke@duke.edu) and Duke students are encouraged to make an appointment with her to seek guidance on career choices, resources for employment options and guidance on Visa and other work-related processes that international students and students interested in working abroad should be aware of in the job search process.
International Careers Page: The information contained on the International Careers page is designed to help you maximize your time and minimize your frustration throughout your search for international post-graduation and summer opportunities by suggesting programs, resources and strategies that have been helpful to earlier classes of Duke students seeking international opportunities.
The Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy's international career advisor assists students to find internships in their Geneva summer program in policy, among others..
